What we believe

An animal's life comes before everything else. We do not encourage selling one. We are building a safe place where each of them finds a home, alongside vets.

It will be written into our terms and agreements too, so it stays more than a nice sentence.

    Name, species, microchip, allergies. All your pets in one account, and we remind you when a vaccine or a treatment is close.

    See when your clinic has room and ask for a visit from your phone. The clinic confirms.

    Documents from the vet

    Prescriptions, test results and advice, sent and signed by the clinic. You can read them any time, and nobody can change them.

    What you noticed at home. Always marked "added by you", apart from what the vet wrote.

The promise

We only promise what we can show.

This is how we are building it: each row says what we promise and what stands behind it.

Their life comes first.
We do not encourage selling. We set the rules for listings, events and services together with vets, and what puts an animal in danger has no place here.
Their record is yours.
Nothing leaves without your consent, given per clinic and checked at every read. You can always see who has access, and since when.
Nobody reads out of curiosity.
Medical copies are encrypted with a key of your account. Staff can open one only with a written reason, and you see that reason.
We do not sell your data.
Medical records sit apart from anything a shop or a post can reach, and they are never used for advertising.
We do not follow you.
Location is used only when you look for something nearby. Nothing in the background.
You can leave at any time.
Delete your account and the copies go with it. The clinic's own record stays for as long as the law asks, and we tell you so from the start.
Medicine stays with the vet.
No diagnosis, dose or prescription from artificial intelligence. The app shows you what the vet wrote.

Vets and partners

Your clinic stays yours.

  • Your clients stay your clients.Your list is visible to no other clinic and no shop, and we never suggest another clinic to your clients.
  • The record stays with you.Only the finalised records you choose are sent, signed with your clinic's key. Internal notes never leave.
  • A break-in here does not reach you.DigitalPet runs on a separate server with no access to your database. All it can ask for is free slots and a booking.

An API for those outside the network.

Clinics not on DigitalVet, associations, websites about animals: you will be able to create profiles and publish events from your own site. A profile goes live only once the owner accepts.
